Thank you for responding to our job offer so promptly. We understand that there are some details to be worked out, but none of them appear to be insurmountable.
I spoke with the President of Kidsworks, Alan Weiss, and we both feel that we cannot increase the base salary we offered beyond $52,000 per annum. However, we can include a performance bonus of 15%, subject to review of both Mr. Weiss and myself. We will also include $5,000 to cover your relocation expenses.
